Nadine Mazzola

Nadine Mazzola is an ANFT-certified forest therapy guide, educator, and author whose work bridges forest therapy, mindfulness, and environmental education. She has been deeply involved with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy for many years as a training guide, mentor, and leader within the organization.

Nadine has taught and supported forest therapy guide trainings internationally, bringing a grounded, integrative approach shaped by decades of experience in contemplative practice, education, and nature connection. She is widely respected for her clarity, depth, and ability to articulate forest therapy as both a personal and professional practice.

Her teaching emphasizes presence, ethical guidance, and long-term relationship with land, supporting students in developing confidence, humility, and integrity in their work as guides.
