Classic New England farmhouse character meets chic, cozy decor in our restored 1840s guesthouse. Original wood floors, large new windows, and views of the farm give each bedroom its own personality. New furnishings and thoughtful personal touches make it feel like a home away from home.
True to an old New England farmhouse, some rooms have high ceilings, while others have lower ceilings and tucked-away charm. Each has been furnished to suit its individual shape and character, with comfortable beds and the little conveniences that help you settle in. Enjoy a taste of farm life and family-style living, with inviting spaces to gather.
Reserve one bed in a bedroom shared by two guests, each with their own bed. The listed rate is per person; each guest registers and pays separately.
Room comforts
Your own freestanding Twin XL or Full bed with a Nectar or Casper mattress. Bed sizes vary by assigned room.
Soft bamboo or Egyptian cotton linens, cozy bedding, and towels selected from Quince, Cozy Earth, and Brooklinen.
Pillows by Nectar, Brooklinen, Casper, and Serta.
A nightstand and personal bedside light for each guest, plus charging access.
A white noise machine, clock, luggage racks, hooks, and a small dresser.
Heat, a Dyson fan, and windows that open with screens. There is no air conditioning.
A lockable bedroom door and window shades for privacy.

Bathrooms
Four shared, gender-neutral bathrooms are located on the first and second floors. Each is fully enclosed and lockable for private use, with a hot shower, modern Kohler toilet, Toto bidet, dimmable lighting, and space to store your bathroom kit. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, and toiletry essentials are provided.
Bedrooms do not have en-suite or private bathrooms.
Location and access
All guesthouse bedrooms are on the second floor, reached by a staircase with carpeted steps. Downstairs, make yourself at home in the library, sunroom, living room, dining room, and screened porch.
