Join Meg and Dagny for an exclusive in-person retreat in collaboration with Casa Portal Retreats—three nights, 4 days of tea workshops, garden-to-table cooking, creative farm experiences and time together in Maine.

Your ticket includes

• Three nights in your selected accommodation, with linens, towels and toiletries.
• All meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast, plus snacks, coffee, tea and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Gardening and tea workshops led by Meg and Dagny, cooking and canning with Chef Pete, and the signature Garden Girls tea party. All workshop materials are included.
• Casa Portal experiences: fiber workshops with our heritage sheep, a sound bath in the barn and guided forest bathing.
• Your Garden Girls welcome bundle, plus the tea blends, jam and garden creations you make throughout the weekend.

Choose your stay

Select your accommodation below. Every rate is per person for the full three-night retreat, including everything listed above. Maine lodging and meals taxes are additional.

The guesthouse offers cozy farmhouse living, Wi-Fi and four shared, private lockable bathrooms with hot showers. Bedrooms are upstairs. There are no en-suite bathrooms or air conditioning; fans are provided.

The A-Frames offer a rustic stay with covered porches, solar power and shared outdoor bathroom facilities. Outdoor showers use solar-heated water, so hot water is limited. There’s no running water or Wi-Fi inside the cabins. Cell service from all providers works in the cabins. Farmhouse bathrooms, hot showers and common spaces are approximately a five-minute walk away.

Make friends or bring a friend

Each shared guest books separately and has their own bed. Book the same shared category as your friend and request each other in the registration form. Coming solo? Your registration answers help us thoughtfully match roommates.

Reserve with a $500 deposit

Click Register Now, choose your accommodation and complete your registration. Your $500 non-refundable deposit goes toward your total ticket price. The remaining balance is due July 27, 2027.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, payments are refunded minus the $500 deposit. No refunds are available for cancellations 30 days or fewer before arrival, including illness, emergencies or travel delays. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

If we cancel the retreat, all retreat payments—including your deposit—will be refunded. Separately booked travel expenses are not covered.

Arrival and important details

Arrive Thursday between 3 and 5 pm; checkout is Sunday by 11 am. Travel and airport transportation are not included.

Casa Portal is alcohol-free and fragrance-free. This is a working farm with natural paths and resident animals. Please contact us before booking about mobility needs, severe allergies or dietary concerns; our kitchen is not allergen-free.

Getting here

Casa Portal • 83 Sullivan Road, Jackson, Maine 04921. Parking is available on site. Bangor International Airport is about 40 minutes away; Portland International Jetport is more than two hours away. Travel is not included. Arrange a rental car or taxi ahead of time; do not rely on local rideshare. Email Casa Portal for transportation guidance.
