Love is the experience we long for. What would it be like to live from love, rather than trying to find it or receive it from outside us? This retreat explores how the body holds tension and protective patterns that shape our experience of life, and how we can gently return to a more natural sense of connection and aliveness through presence with the body. Guided by Michelle Walker, you’ll engage in embodied awareness, breathwork, and subtle-energy practices inspired by The Energy Codes® to release what’s been held and restore the natural flow of life force.
You’ll spend a few days on the land at Casa Portal, a working farm in mid-coast Maine, moving at a different pace and enjoying the benefit of silence.
Mornings begin softly—time to arrive in the body through simple, guided practices with Michelle. Breath, attention, and subtle awareness become a way back into yourself, not as something to fix, but something to notice. The silence that we keep allows you inner space to tune into your own rhythm and natural flow. Time in the forest, in the fields, or tea on the porch—letting the work continue without effort. What begins in guided sessions has space to settle and unfold across the land, in movement, in stillness, and in shared quiet moments.
Over time, something begins to soften. The edges you’ve been holding ease, and a quieter, more open way of being starts to come forward.Guided sessions with Michelle are woven lightly into the day—offering practices that bring awareness to the body, to breath, and to the patterns we carry. Not to push or perform, but to gently return to what’s already here.
As the body softens, there’s often a sense of warmth, openness—something many would recognize as love, not as something to find, but something that’s been here beneath the surface.
What to Expect:
Each day includes guided sessions that may weave together:
- Embodied awareness practices to build sensitivity and presence in the body
- Breathwork to support release and regulation
- Energy practices inspired by The Energy Codes® to restore flow and coherence
- Gentle movement, meditation, and heart-centered practices
- Time in nature to support integration and deepen connection
You will leave with:
- A more intimate relationship with your body’s wisdom
- Greater vitality and energetic alignment
- Practices that support you in directly experiencing love from within

- Deeper trust in your inherent wholeness
Michelle creates a supportive container to explore how emotional imprints, unconscious programming, and protective patterns may have shaped our edges. With compassion and respect for where everyone is showing up, she guides participants into softening what is ready to soften and strengthening what longs to come forward.
The retreat offers both structure and spaciousness — guided sessions woven with integration time, reflection, rest, and connection. You will be supported in following your own rhythm while being held within a safe and intentional container.
This retreat is an invitation to inhabit yourself more fully. It is about softening enough to feel what has been here all along — and allowing love to flow more freely into your body and into your life.
